Designed specifically for Pneumatic Presses and machines. These panels allow activation of the press/ machine only when both push buttons provided on it are operated simultaneously. Since both hands of the operator are occupied while operating the machine this prevents him from inserting his hand into the machine while operating it. Operator safety is further enhanced by a special feature of this panel i.e. If both buttons are not operated within 10 seconds of each other the panel will not operate.
This is a pneumatic control panel consisting of a number of pneumatic valves controlled by a camshaft. The profile and arrangements of the cams controls the sequence of operation of the valves. These are custom-built panels for specific applications and find application in industry where electrical control panels cannot be used due to fire or chemical hazards.
